The ART of Women Taking Up Space – How Art Can Heal Our Nervous System
This magical workshop is a heart-centered, nurturing space for you to explore how art can be a gentle yet powerful tool to heal your nervous system and help you take up more space in your every-day life. Perfectionism often stops us from ever showing and trying, causing us to play small in our lives and with our dreams. The Art of Women Taking Up Space is a journaling coloring book created for women to reclaim more space in their everyday lives. As women, we are often encouraged to give endlessly to others. In this workshop, we will spend time giving to ourselves and going through some of this powerful book together.
