This sleep workshop is for midlife women who are going through major life transitions like changing or ending careers, experiencing empty nests, caregiving, the ending of relationships, and menopause. While certain lifestyle changes can benefit one’s overall health and wellbeing each transition can provide unique challenges, and in order to improve our experience, outlook, resilience, and overall health and wellness we have to better understand how to make changes to our sleep and stress health.
