This dynamic class blends empowering yoga, core conditioning, and deep stretching to support body and mind. We’ll explore the Yang of movement—invigorating and activating—followed by the Yin—restful, grounding, and restorative. Perfect for all bodies and experience levels, this joyful session will leave you feeling strong, centred, and deeply connected.
Wear your comfortable clothing that allows you to move with confidence and ease, Yoga or Pilates mat, props that you like – yoga blocks or straps, a pillow and blanket as well as water bottle.
