Sarah Baldeo
AI Neuroscientist, TED Speaker & Global Keynote Futurist
Picture this: a neuroscientist walks into a boardroom and changes how the world’s biggest companies think about the future. That’s Sarah Baldeo — a globally recognized AI neuroscientist and innovation leader whose insights have captivated audiences at Coca-Cola, Uber, and even the U.S. Department of Defense. With over 1,100 keynote appearances across the globe and national TV features on CTV, NBC, and FOX, Sarah brings brain science out of the lab and into everyday leadership, decision-making, and tech innovation.
In 2025, Sarah released her highly anticipated debut book, 100 Ways to Future Proof Your Brain: In the Age of AI — a practical, science-backed guide to reclaiming focus, rewiring thought patterns, and building cognitive resilience in a world shaped by complexity and automation. More than a book of hacks, it’s a handbook for authorship — of thought, identity, and the future.
Sarah is the CEO of ID Quotient, a global neurotech and innovation consultancy serving clients in over 40 countries. A former executive at Deloitte and CGI Canada, she has architected AI and biometric systems for major financial institutions and tech giants like Google & Uber. Her innovation work has been featured in The Globe & Mail’s 2025 “Reimagining Wealth” series and earned her finalist status at the 2025 Women in AI North America Awards as well as a nomination for the Top 25 Women of Influence™.
Sarah is a Global Business Elites 40 Under 40 and was named as one of the 2025 Women To Watch by Forbes Futurists*. With nearly two decades of executive experience, Sarah has founded and exited two consulting firms, led three companies to IPO, and held board roles with the Professional Background Screening Association (as former Chair), the Cyber Security Global Alliance, and the Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
She is currently the Women in AI USA Illinois State Ambassador and mentors through the Women’s Infrastructure Network, continuing her commitment to advancing women in leadership and technology. Her academic credentials span neuroscience at York University, an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto, and certifications in AI and digital transformation from MIT, Princeton, Toronto Metropolitan University, and the University of Illinois.
From decoding neural synapses on TED stages — at Metro Hall to Toronto Metropolitan University — to helping Fortune 500s rewire for the AI era, Sarah’s work reminds us that the future isn’t just about artificial intelligence. It’s about building a brain that’s ready for it.
