Erin is a mom to four, avid tennis player, has a sweet dog named Lincoln, and a husband who works right alongside her building businesses to help improve the lives of women.
Talk Title:
Unspoken Strength: Breaking the Silence on Women’s Pelvic Health
Synopsis:
Pelvic health is one of the most vital—and most overlooked—components of a woman’s health and well-being. If you’ve ever had your giggles turn to dribbles or if you’ve lost hope when you jump rope, this session is for you. In Unspoken Strength, we break the silence around pelvic floor issues that too many women struggle with in silence. Erin Craven’s mission is to make the taboo talkable through real talk, education and empowering solutions. This session helps women understand their bodies, recognize what’s normal versus what’s common, and provides actionable steps toward lasting confidence, control, and independence that don’t involve remembering to do 100 kegels a day. It’s time to stop whispering and start owning the strength at the center of it all.
